ORDER TRACKING

Slow Clothes SL will send you an email with your tracking number indicating the company.

RETURNS DUE TO DEFECT

The user has the right to returns due to defect within 14 calendar days after the purchase has been made.

Returs due to defect are free of charge for the customer.

In order to formalize the return due to defect, the User has to contact Slow Clothes SL within the one month deadline through the e-mail info@slow-clothes.es indicating the product or products to be returned, enclosing a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated on them.

Once Slow Clothes SL has received the communication from the User, you will be informed within 3 to 5 working days if the product is considered  defective or not. In case of return, Slow Clothes SL will indicate to the User the form of collection or delivery to their offices / warehouses of the defective product.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its original labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the User, Slow clothes SL reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects verified, Slow Clothes SL will allow the User to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for Slow clothes SL.

In the event of lack of stock and another product with the same characteristics can not be shipped, the User may choose between terminating the contract (i.e., being refund of the amounts paid) or just choose another model.

The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or the new model that the User has choosen, will be made in the next 3-5 working days from the date that Slow Clothes SL confirms to the User the replacement.

The delivery of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional charges for the User.

When the User resolves the contract, Slow clothes SL will carry out the return of the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).

Slow Clothes SL informs to Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User would have used when buying the product:
If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, Slow Clothes SL will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days since the User decided to terminate the contract.
If the User has made the payment through PayPal, Slow Clothes SL will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 working hours since the User decided to terminate the contract.
 
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days after you received the order.

The cost of shipping items back to Slow Clothes is payable by the customer. Slow Clothes SL shall refund the customer the corresponding amount (including shipping costs from the original purchase but not from the return) within 14 calendar days since the date it was informed of the cancellation request. The refund will be made via the same method used for payment. However, Slow Clothes SL might hold the refund until items have been received.

Slow Clothes SL informs to Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User would have used when buying the product:

Send all unwanted items to: SLOW CLOTHES SL, CALLE CARIDAD, 3A, 29601 MARBELLA (ALICANTE) SPAIN, via your preferred means of transport (shipping cost payable by the customer). You must fill in and include the form available on “Terms and Conditions”, Annex .
 
EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not permitted. You may execute your right of cancellation.
