These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website www.slow-clothes.com (hereinafter, the Website) owned by Slow Clothes SL, with CIF B-54868542 and domiciled in Calle Sondeo, 9, 156 , Zip Code 03590 in Altea (Alicante), Spain, as well as the services and products offered by Slow Clothes SL on their website.

Slow Clothes S.L. offers this Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the Website or using the services or applications of the Website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Access to the Website will not require registration of Users. However, in order to be able to contract any of the services offered by Slow Clothes S.L., the registration of the User and the acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.

Through the Web Site, Slow Clothes S.L. offers to the Users fashionable items of the brand Slow Clothes S.L.

These Terms and Conditions of Slow Clothes S.L. described below, define the rights and obligations of Slow Clothes S.L. and Users in the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the existence of particular conditions for certain services) and to the contracting of orders through the Website and replace any other conditions, except prior written agreement between Slow Clothes SL and the User.

The access and/or use of the Website attributes the status of User, and accepts these Terms and Legal Notices.

USER DATA AND CONDUCT ON THE WEBSITE

In order to purchase the products offered through the Website, it is necessary for the User to register through the registration form available on the Website.

The User undertakes to make a lawful, diligent, honest and correct use of all information or content accessed through the Web Site or third-party Web sites accessed through the Website's links, all this with the principles of good faith and with respect at all times to the current legality.

Slow Clothes S.L. reserves the right to deny any attempt to access the Website, delete or modify content or cancel orders at its discretion.

The use of the Website is not allowed for fraudulent purposes, or related to criminal offenses or illegal activities of any kind.

SALES REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS

The services and products offered by Slow Clothes S.L. through the Website are destined to the purchase by the Users of fashion articles of the brand Slow Clothes.

To be able to contract an order of Slow Clothes S.L., the User must be over 18 years old.

From the website www.slow-clothes.com, Slow Clothes S.L. will send the orders/deliveries to any part of the world.

For ordering through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to the hiring, through the purchase form, that will be necessary to manage the purchase order.

PRICE, PAYMENT METHOD AND DISCOUNT CODES

Once the purchase process has been completed, the User must proceed to the payment of the order through the means of payment specified in the Website.

After the payment is made, the User will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the order, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the requested shipping mode and the destination address.

If at the time of making the payment there is an incident that prevents payment, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and your order will not be processed until the payment process is completed successfully.

The prices given at the end of the purchase process are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and handling and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order or under request depending on the destination.

Slow Clothes S.L. may periodically offer discount codes to the Users. Such discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by Slow Clothes S.L. with respect to each code, and in any case, Users may only use a single code per order.

INFORMATION ABOUT SLOW CLOTHES SL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The datum included on the Website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind, have a purely informative function. Therefore, Slow Clothes S.L. declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors on this information, although the company undertakes to take all measures within its reach to correct as soon as possible the errors or omissions after having been informed of them.

RETURNS AND RIGHT TO DESIST

A) RETURN FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

The User may return to Slow Clothes S.L., without cost, any product that presents a manufacturing defect. To formalize the return, the User should contact Slow Clothes S.L. on info@slow-clothes.es, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated on them. Having received such communication, Slow Clothes S.L. shall indicate to the User, if applicable, the form of collection or delivery to his warehouses of the defective product, at no cost to the User. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if necessary, original documentation and accessories that come with it originally. If not done so by the User, Slow Clothes S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return. Once the product has been received and the existence of the manufacturing defect has been checked, Slow Clothes S.L. will proceed to process the delivery of another product of identical characteristics, also at no cost to the user.

In the event that, due to lack of stock, another product of identical characteristics can not be dispatched, refunds will be made for the purchase of the returned product as soon as possible and, in any case, within the next fourteen (14) days.

B) RIGHT TO DESIST

In the event that the User does not agree with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the item, without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons, but will have to take charge of the direct cost of returning the order to Slow Clothes SL. To formalize the return, the User should contact Slow Clothes SL at info@slow-clothes.es, sending, correctly completed, the form attached to these Terms and Conditions as ANNEX 1. 

Upon receipt of such communication, Slow Clothes S.L. will indicate to the User the way and where to return the ordered items, which must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if necessary, original documentation and accessories. Otherwise, Slow Clothes S.L. reserves the right to refuse it. The refund of money will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the User has informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract and the items have been correctly received by the company.

INTELLECTUAL OR INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The intellectual property rights of the Website www.slow-clothes.com, its source code, design, navigation structures and the different elements contained therein are owned by Slow Clothes SL, which has the exclusive exercise of exploitation rights in any form and in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with the applicable Spanish and European legislation.

Slow Clothes S.L. Informs that it does not give any express or implied license or authorization regarding intellectual and/or industrial property rights or any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included in the Website. The total or partial reproduction of the contents of the Website, even through a hyperlink, are prohibited without the express written consent of Slow Clothes S.L. The unauthorized use of these contents will give rise to legally established responsibilities.

Therefore, and in virtue of the provisions of Legislative Royal Decree 1/1996 of April 12, approving the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, as well as Law 17/2001 of December 7, of Trademarks and the complementary legislation in the matter of intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication, including its modality of making available, or any other exploitation and/or modification, totally or partially, without prior express authorization of Slow Clothes SL of any content included on the website.

The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the content contributed by the Users is the exclusive responsibility of the same, reason why the user will keep Slow Clothes S.L. away of any third party claim arising from the unlawful use of content on the Website.

In addition, the user, by providing, in any way, content (photos, images) on this Website, transfers to Slow Clothes SL, free of charge, all intellectual or industrial property rights and any other rights that the user holds on this contents .

ETHICS POLICY ON SUPPLIERS

As a prestigious and reliable company, committed to the goal of providing high quality products to its customers, Slow Clothes S.L. recognizes its obligation to ensure that all suppliers act ethically. We expect our suppliers to provide on a regular basis an environment that protects the health and safety of employees, in addition to their basic human rights. All providers shall comply with their national employment laws and regulations, in particular with respect to the following:

• Freedom of association and right to collective bargaining.

• Absence of painful or inhuman treatment.

Slow Clothes S.L. will never consciously acquire supplier from countries that do not comply with the above principles. We also expect our suppliers to translate these principles into dealing with their own suppliers. Due to the sometimes complex nature of the supply chain of our suppliers, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products. However, as Slow Clothes S.L. continues to grow, recognizes the importance of taking the initiative and doing everything possible to defend the rights of people involved in the manufacture of their products.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, are subject to the Courts and Tribunals Of the place of residence of the User.

RIGHT OF INFORMATION

LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

Slow Clothes S.L. declares that it has adopted the necessary measures that, within its possibilities and the state of the technology, allow the proper functioning of its Website as well as the absence of viruses and harmful components. However, Slow Clothes S.L. can not be responsible for: (a) the continuity and availability of the content and services; (B) the absence of errors in such contents or the correction of any defects that may occur; (C) absence of viruses and/or other harmful components; (D) damages caused by any person who violates the safety systems of Slow Clothes S.L.

Slow Clothes S.L. may temporarily suspend and without prior notice, the access to the Website for maintenance, repair, update or improvement operations.
